All Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by or which is otherwise the property of Champions For Charity (“CFC”) is proprietary to CFC and protected under federal laws and state laws. Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to, inventions (patentable or unpatentable), patents, service marks, trademarks, trade secrets (including proprietary methods and processes relating to promoting, organizing, and managing competitive events), copyrights, software, computer programs, and related documentation and other works of authorship. No title to ownership in the Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with CFC. You may not infringe or otherwise violate the rights secured by the Intellectual Property.
By using CFC’s website and/or using any of its printed materials, you acknowledge that the Intellectual Property is valuable and that CFC is its sole and exclusive owner. You further agree that you will not (and will not attempt to) copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, or reverse engineer the Intellectual Property without CFC’s written consent; provided, however, you may reproduce event Non-profit Packets (i.e. sample letters, volunteer record, pledge cards, etc.) or event entry forms in order to promote, organize, manage, or otherwise support an event administered by CFC.
